The book is in very good + condition, with no marks and a single letter 'X' written on the top edge of the fep, which also has a creasealong the same corner.
The dust wrapper is in very good condition and is price clipped, with light wear to the top and base of the spine which is lightly sunned, and corners. The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
