The book is in very good condition with a small neat inscription to the fep, dated 1940. There is foxing to the half title page. The spine has a lean and is sunned at the top and base. The corners are bumped. Internally the pages are clear and bright.
The dust wrapper is in good + condition, and is price clipped with a new publishers price stamped on the front inside flap. There is loss and tears to the top/base of the spine, corners and base of both covers. The rear cover is a touch dusty. The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
Complete with all 25 full page illustrations.
